Australian folx: You may have noticed the paperback price for this book is absolutely heinous. I apologize for that. There are only so many knobs I can turn, and believe it or not I am literally unable to set the price any lower.

New Zealand folx: I may not be looking in the right place, but as far as I can tell there’s no easy way for you to order a print copy at all.

So here’s what I’m gonna do:

If y’all want a print copy, buy an ebook copy from your favorite Australian or New Zealand-based etailer. Send me a copy of your receipt (with the store locale/URL clear), along with a valid Australian or New Zealand address. I will mail you a print copy of the book – signed, if you like!
